Part 2   Amendments applying from the 2007-08 income year

Division 1   Amendment of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997

4   Subparagraphs 320-246(1)(e)(i) to (iii)

Repeal the subparagraphs, substitute:

(i) was purchased on or before 9 December 1987; or

(ii) is a *superannuation income stream; or

(iii) satisfies whichever of the conditions in subsection (3) are applicable; or
