Part 2   Repeal of Chapter 2K (registration of charges)

23   Paragraphs 601BK(1)(a) and (b)

Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:

(a) set up the register required by section 168; and

(b) include in the register the information that is required to be included in the register and that is available to the company on registration; and
