A New Tax System (Family Assistance) (Administration) Act 1999

23   Subsection 3(1) (paragraphs (b) and (d) of the definition of head )

Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:

(b) in the case of the Human Services Department - the Secretary of the Human Services Department.
