63   Subsection 33(1)

After “a power”, insert “or function”.

Note 1: The heading to section 33 is replaced by the heading “ Exercise of powers and performance of functions or duties ”.

Note 2: The following heading to subsection 33(1) is inserted “Powers, functions and duties may be exercised or must be performed as the occasion requires”.
