24   Subsections 10(7) to (11)

Repeal the subsections, substitute:

Terms and conditions of acting appointment

(7) Subject to this Part, a person (other than a Judge) appointed to act in an office under subsection (2) is to act on such terms and conditions as the Minister determines in writing.
