Industry Research and Development Act 1986

29   Subsections 21(1) and (2)

Repeal the subsections, substitute:

(1) The Board may, by resolution, delegate any or all of its functions and powers to any of the following:

(a) the Chairperson;

(b) the Deputy Chairperson;

(c) a member of the Board;

(d) a committee;

(e) a member of the staff assisting the Board who is an SES employee, or acting SES employee.
