SECTION 10F   APPLICATION FOR REGULATOR TO MAKE A SUBSIDIARY REPORTING ENTITY DETERMINATION  

10F(1)    
A constitutionally covered entity (the applicant ) may apply, in writing, for the Regulator to determine, under subsection 10E(1) , that the applicant is a subsidiary reporting entity.

10F(2)    
An application under subsection (1) may specify the time when the applicant proposes the determination to take effect, which must be either:

(a)    the start of the provisional reporting period of the applicant in which the applicant gives the application to the Regulator; or

(b)    the start of the provisional reporting period of the applicant that follows the reporting period mentioned in paragraph (a).
