SECTION 10Q   APPLICATION FOR REGULATOR TO MAKE AN EXEMPT ENTITY DETERMINATION  

10Q(1)    
An entity (the applicant ) that is a reporting entity or a reporting nominee may apply, in writing, for the Regulator to determine, under subsection 10P(1) , that the applicant is an exempt entity.

10Q(2)    
An application under subsection (1) may specify the time that the applicant proposes the determination to take effect.
