Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006

22   After subsection 144-10(3)

Insert:

(3A) The directors must accept the membership application if:

(a) the corporation is a registered native title body corporate; and

(b) paragraphs (2)(a) and (b) are complied with.
