134   Subsection 90-1(1)

Repeal the following definitions:

(a) definition of registered tax agent, BAS agent or tax (financial) adviser ;

(b) definition of registered tax agents, BAS agents and tax (financial) advisers ;

(c) definition of registered tax (financial) adviser .
