44   Amendments of listed provisions - section 39BA

Omit "section 39A" and substitute "section 39A or 39BA" in the following provisions:

(a) subsections 30(1AA), 30A(1AA), 31(2) and 33A(2);

(b) section 34;

(c) subsections 35(6), 35AA(1), 36(1AA), 36A(1AA), 36B(1AA), 36C(1AA), 36D(1AA), 37(1AAA) and 38(2);

(d) paragraph 39(2)(a);

(e) subsection 39B(1).
