Criminal Code Act 1995

7   Subsection 476.1(1) of the Criminal Code

Insert:

ASIO officer means:

(a) the Director-General of Security; or

(b) an ASIO employee (within the meaning of the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation Act 1979); or

(c) an ASIO affiliate (within the meaning of that Act).
