Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024
Within 28 days after the Tribunal notifies the decision-maker for a decision of an application for review of the decision, the decision-maker must give the Tribunal: (a) a statement of reasons for the decision; and (b) a copy of every other document that is:
(i) in the possession or under the control of the decision-maker; and
(ii) relevant to the Tribunal ' s review of the decision.
Note:
A decision-maker may, but is not required to, give the Tribunal the same statement of reasons given to an applicant (whether under section 269 or 270 or otherwise).
