Withdrawing and dismissing applications
SECTION 95
APPLICANT MAY WITHDRAW APPLICATION
95(1)
The applicant may, at any time, by: (a) giving written notice to the Tribunal; or (b) notifying the Tribunal in any other manner specified for the application in the practice directions;
95(2)
If the applicant withdraws the application, the Tribunal is taken to have dismissed the application.
The applicant may, at any time, by: (a) giving written notice to the Tribunal; or (b) notifying the Tribunal in any other manner specified for the application in the practice directions;
withdraw an application made to the Tribunal.
95(2)
If the applicant withdraws the application, the Tribunal is taken to have dismissed the application.
