REGULATION 14.04  

14.04   DEFINITIONS  

In this Division:

infringement notice
means an infringement notice served under regulation 14.05. infringement notice offence
means an offence mentioned in the table in subsection 277B(2) of the Act. infringement penalty,
for an infringement notice offence, means the penalty for the offence mentioned in the table in subsection 277B(2) of the Act.
