For section 1444 of the Act, this regulation applies in relation to a managed investment product.

10.2.172(2)   [ Securities exchange]  

A reference in subsection 711(5) of the old Corporations Act to a stock market of a securities exchange includes a financial market (whether in Australia or elsewhere).

10.2.172(3)   [ Stock market]  

A reference in subsection 711(5) of the old Corporations Act to a stock market includes a financial market (whether in Australia or elsewhere).

10.2.172(4)   [ Securities exchange]  

A reference in subsection 711(5) of the old Corporations Act to a securities exchange includes the operator of a financial market (whether in Australia or elsewhere).
