For section 1444 of the Act, this regulation applies in relation to a managed investment product.

10.2.173(2)   [ Stock market of securities exchange]  

A reference in subsection 723(3) of the old Corporations Act to a stock market of a securities exchange (whether in Australia or elsewhere) includes a financial market (whether in Australia or elsewhere).
