10.2.204(1)   [ Application]  

For section 1444 of the Act, this regulation applies to the extent that section 869 of the old Corporations Act continues to apply on and after the FSR commencement.

10.2.204(2)   [ Section 869 of the old Corporations Act]  

Section 869 of the old Corporations Act continues to apply as if paragraph 869(1)(b) were omitted.
