REGULATION 7.9.16N   PRESENTATION, STRUCTURE AND FORMAT OF FEES AND COSTS IN PRODUCT DISCLOSURE STATEMENTS  

7.9.16N(1)   [ Fees section]  

For paragraph 1015C(5) (b) of the Act, the information required by paragraphs 1013D(1) (d) and (e) of the Act must be set out in a single section of the Product Disclosure Statement ( fees section ) with the heading `Fees and other costs'.

7.9.16N(2)   [ Information required]  

The fees section of a Product Disclosure Statement must include:

(a) the Fees and Costs Template, comprising the template and the additional explanation of fees and costs set out in Part 2 of Schedule 10 ; and

(b) an example of annual fees and costs and associated notes as set out in Part 2 of Schedule 10 ; and

(c) the boxed Consumer Advisory Warning Statement set out in Part 2 of Schedule 10 .
