Superannuation Legislation Amendment (MySuper Measures) Regulation 2013 (155 of 2013)

Schedule 1 Amendments relating to MySuper

Repeal the subregulation, substitute:

(1) This regulation:

(a) is made for subsection 31(1) of the Act; and

(b) applies to a superannuation entity that is a self managed superannuation fund.
