SECTION 79  

79   DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO NATIONAL TASKFORCE MORPHEUS  

The amendment of section 67 of this instrument made by Schedule 1 to the Taxation Administration Amendment (Disclosure of Information to National Taskforce Morpheus) Regulations 2024 applies in relation to disclosures of information made on or after the commencement of that Schedule (whether the information was obtained before, on or after that commencement).
