SECTION 73
ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE NATIONAL PERSONAL INSOLVENCY INDEX
73(1)
For the purposes of the definition of National Personal Insolvency Index in subsection 5(1) of the Act, an electronic index to be known as the National Personal Insolvency Index is established.
73(2)
The Inspector-General has responsibility for the operation of the Index.
73(3)
The Inspector-General has control of access to the Index.
73(4)
The Official Receiver is to maintain the Index on behalf of the Inspector-General.
