Schedule 1 Main amendments

Repeal the definition, substitute:

fees standard means:

(a) the Financial Sector (Collection of Data) (reporting standard) determination No. 47 of 2023; or

(b) an analogous legislative instrument (whether or not the legislative instrument is in force).
