SECTION 75 ANNUAL REPORT
75(1)
The Board must, as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, prepare and give to the Minister a report of its operations during that year.
75(2)
The Board must include in the report:
(a)
a list of all PDFs in existence as at the end of the financial year; and
(b)
a list of all companies that became PDFs during the financial year; and
(c)
a list of all companies that ceased to be PDFs during the financial year; and
(d)
particulars of any directions given by the Minister under section 8 during the financial year.
75(2A)
The Board must also include in the report:
(a)
a list of the entities registered under Part
7A
as at the end of the financial year; and
(b)
a list of the entities that became registered under that Part during the financial year; and
(c)
a list of the entities whose registration under that Part was revoked during the financial year.

75(3)
The Minister is to cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after its receipt by the Minister.
