A review meeting of the Tribunal is to be in private.
38(2) [Persons present]The Tribunal may give directions as to the persons who may be present at any review meeting.
38(3) [Directions against disclosure]The Tribunal may give directions prohibiting or restricting the disclosure of documents or information relating to a review meeting.
38(4) [Privacy considerations]In giving directions, the Tribunal must have regard to the wishes of the parties in relation to the complaint and the need to protect their privacy.
38(5) [Directions]Directions may be made in writing or orally.
38(6) [Non-compliance with directions]A person must not refuse or fail to comply with a direction of the Tribunal.
Penalty: 30 penalty units.
