SECTION 10 Intergovernmental Agreement on the Reform of Commonwealth-State Financial Relations  
(1)
A copy of the Intergovernmental Agreement on the Reform of Commonwealth-State Financial Relations is set out in Schedule 2.

(2)
It is the intention of the Commonwealth to comply with, and give effect to, the agreement.

Note:

Paragraph B3(ii) of Appendix B to the agreement, as set out in Schedule 2, refers to section 39 of the Taxation Administration Act 1953 . That section has been remade as section 105-65 in Schedule 1 to that Act.
