REGULATION 4B
REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION FOR PRODUCT STEWARDSHIP (OIL) BENEFITS (ACT s 9)
4B(1)
For subparagraph 9(3A)(b)(i) of the Act, the applicant must comply with relevant Commonwealth, State or Territory legislation relating to oil recycling operations or enterprises.
4B(2)
The Commissioner must refuse an application for registration if an authority responsible for the administration of any of the legislation mentioned in subregulation (1) informs the Commissioner that the applicant does not comply with the legislation.
4B(3)
In this regulation, authority includes a department or agency of the Commonwealth, or of a State or Territory.
For subparagraph 9(3A)(b)(i) of the Act, the applicant must comply with relevant Commonwealth, State or Territory legislation relating to oil recycling operations or enterprises.
4B(2)
