Addendum

This Addendum amends Product Ruling PR 2004/94 to reduce the minimum subscription required to be achieved by 30 June 2005 from $11,636,245 to $5,475,880.

PR 2004/94 is amended as follows:

1. Paragraph 21

Omit '$11,636,245' from the last sentence and replace with '$5,475,880'.

Omit '17' from the last sentence and replace with '8'.

2. Paragraph 22

Omit '17' from the second sentence and replace with '8'.

3. Paragraph 35

Omit '$11,636,245' and replace with '$5,475,880'.

4. Paragraph 46

Omit '$11,636,245' from the first sentence and replace with '$5,475,880'.

This Addendum applies on and from 22 September 2004.
