Erratum

This Erratum corrects Product Ruling PR 2009/23 by correcting the date and clause reference in paragraph 88.

PR 2009/23 is corrected as follows:

1. Paragraph 88

Omit the ninth dot point; substitute:

•

interest will be calculated daily and accrued monthly at the Interest Rate on the amount of any monies owing commencing on 30 June 2009 (clause 5); and

This Erratum applies on and from 6 May 2009.
