Superannuation Guarantee Determination SGD 95/2 is withdrawn with effect from today.

1. Superannuation Guarantee Determination SGD 95/2 provides the maximum contribution base for each of the periods in the 1995-96 financial year.

2. The maximum contribution base for each contribution period in 1995-96 is now provided on the ATO website at www.ato.gov.au. There is, therefore, no further need for the Determination.
