Erratum

This Erratum is a public ruling for the purposes of the Taxation Administration Act 1953. It corrects Class Ruling CR 2021/80 to replace all occurrences of the acronym 'FTC' with 'fuel tax credit'.

CR 2021/80 is corrected as follows:

1. Paragraph 1

Omit '(FTC)'.

2. Paragraphs 2, 3, 10, 12, 13 and 43

Omit 'FTC'; substitute 'fuel tax credit'.

3. Paragraph 1

Omit 'an FTC'; substitute 'a fuel tax credit'.

This Erratum applies on and from 24 November 2021.
