Division 2 - Obligations of cargo terminal operators  

SECTION 102CK   OFFENCE - FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH OBLIGATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS  

102CK(1)    
A person commits an offence if:

(a) the person is a cargo terminal operator; and

(b) the person fails to comply with an obligation or requirement:

(i) set out in this Division; or

(ii) set out in a legislative instrument made under section 102CJ .

Penalty: 60 penalty units.

102CK(2)    
Subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
