Division 3A - Examining goods for export that are not yet subject to customs control  

SECTION 122L   POWER TO EXAMINE EXPORT GOODS  

122L(1)   [Examination on premises]  

While the authorised officer is in or on the premises, he or she may inspect, examine, count, measure, weigh, gauge, test or analyse, and take samples of, the export goods.

122L(2)   [Removal from premises]  

The authorised officer may remove from the premises any samples taken, and arrange for tests or analyses to be conducted on them elsewhere.
