126AKA   DEFINITIONS  

In this Division:

Chilean customs official
means a person representing the customs administration of Chile.

producer
means a person who grows, farms, raises, breeds, mines, harvests, fishes, traps, hunts, captures, gathers, collects, extracts, manufactures, processes or assembles goods.
