126ANA   DEFINITIONS  

In this Division:

Japanese customs official
means a person representing the customs administration of Japan.

producer
means a person who manufactures, assembles, processes, raises, grows, breeds, mines, extracts, harvests, fishes, traps, gathers, collects, hunts or captures goods.
