SECTION 128  

128   UNSHIPMENT OF SHIPS ' AND AIRCRAFT ' S STORES  

Ships ' stores and aircraft ' s stores which are unshipped or unloaded with the approval of the collector shall be entered -

(a) for home consumption; or

(b) for warehousing.
