ESTABLISHMENT OF THE AUSTRALIAN TRUSTED TRADER PROGRAMME
176(1)
The Comptroller-General of Customs may, in accordance with this Part, establish a programme to provide trade facilitation benefits to entities.

The programme is to be known as the Australian Trusted Trader Programme.
