SECTION 67   INTERFERENCE WITH DERELICT GOODS  

67(1)   [No unnecessary interference]  

No person shall unnecessarily move alter or interfere with any goods derelict flotsam jetsam lagan or wreck.

Penalty: 20 penalty units.

67(2)   [Non-application]  

Subsection (1) does not apply to a person who moves, alters or interferes with the goods by authority.
