SECTION 71AAAN   CANCELLATION OF AUTHORITY TO DEAL WITH SPECIFIED LOW VALUE GOODS  

71AAAN(1)   [When cancellaltion may be made]  

An officer may, at any time before specified low value goods are dealt with in accordance with an authority to deal, cancel the authority.

71AAAN(2)   [Manner of cancellaltion]  

An officer cancels an authority to deal with specified low value goods by sending electronically, to the person who has possession of the goods, a message stating that the authority is cancelled and setting out the reasons for the cancellation.

71AAAN(3)   [When cancellation has effect]  

A cancellation of an authority has effect from the time when the message was sent.
