SECTION 77Z   LICENCES CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED  

77Z(1)   [Depot licence non-transferable]  

Subject to subsection (2), a depot licence cannot be transferred to another person.

77Z(2)   [Exceptions]  

A depot licence may be transferred to another person in the circumstances prescribed by the regulations.
