107FL   SERVICE BY POST  

Either:

(a) a seizure notice under section 107FB ; or

(b) a notice under subsection 107FG(3) ;

posted as a letter addressed to a person at the last address of the person known to the sender is taken to be properly addressed for the purposes of section 29 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 .
