Statements in applications for grant of money etc.
29C
A person who, in or in connexion with or in
support of, an application to the Commonwealth, to a Commonwealth officer
or to a public authority under the Commonwealth for any grant, payment or
allotment of money or allowance under a law of the Commonwealth makes, either
orally or in writing, any untrue statement shall be guilty of an offence.
Penalty:
Imprisonment for 2 years.
