SECTION 30FC Owner etc. of building permitting meeting of unlawful association

Any person who, being the owner, lessee, agent or superintendent of any building, room, premises or place, intentionally permits therein any meeting of an unlawful association or of any branch or committee thereof, shall be guilty of an offence.

Penalty: Imprisonment for 6 months.

S 30FC amended by No 24 of 2001, s 3 and Sch 10 item 35, by substituting ``intentionally ' ' for ``knowingly ' ' . For application provisions, see note under s 3BA.
