(1)
A person shall not intentionally transmit a signal to a satellite operated by a carrier.
Penalty: 120 penalty units.

For the purposes of an offence against subsection (1), absolute liability applies to the physical element of circumstance of the offence, that the satellite is operated by a carrier.
