SECTION 140Z PERSON MAY REQUEST COPY OF PREVIOUS DETERMINATION  
140Z(1) Request.  

A person may request the Commissioner to give to the person a copy of a final determination or an interim determination in relation to:

(a) an ETP made in relation to the person; or

(b) the payment of a superannuation pension or an annuity to the person.

140Z(2) Fee.  

The request must be accompanied by such fee (if any) as is specified in the regulations.

140Z(3) Commissioner to comply with request.  

If the Commissioner receives such a request, the Commissioner must give a copy of that determination, and a statement setting out the basis on which the determination was made, to the person.
