SECTION 59A

59A ORDERS TO WHICH SECTIONS 58 AND 59 ARE SUBJECT

Sections 58 and 59 have effect subject to an order under:

(a) Part VIII , VIIIAB or VIIIC of the Family Law Act 1975 ; or

(b) Part 5A of the Family Court Act 1997 (WA).
