Bankruptcy Act 1966
In proving a debt, a creditor shall make an allowance for all discounts for which an allowance would have been made if the debtor had not become a bankrupt.

Section 87 of the Act is modified by substituting " estate of the deceased debtor had not become subject to administration under Part XI " for " debtor had not become a bankrupt " .]
