SECTION 130Y   AGENTS MAY GIVE NOTICE  

130Y(1)    
A person (the first person ) required to give a register notice to the Registrar is taken to have complied with the requirement if someone else gives the register notice, in accordance with that provision, on the person ' s behalf.

130Y(2)    
For the purposes of this Act, the notice is taken to have been given by the first person.
