ACTION TAKEN IN RELATION TO AGRIBUSINESSES
To avoid doubt, a person may take an action under any of paragraphs 40(2)(b) to (e) or 41(2)(b) or (c) in relation to an Australian entity or Australian business that is an agribusiness.
