SECTION 60
OTHER MATTERS THAT MAY BE SPECIFIED BY EXEMPTION CERTIFICATES
60(1)
An exemption certificate may specify:
(a)
one or more conditions; and
(b)
a period during which the certificate is in force; and
(c)
any other matter.

Note 2: An example of a condition that may be specified in an exemption certificate is a condition requiring that an interest or kind of interest be acquired in land within a specified area.
60(2)
An exemption certificate may:
(a)
in respect of a certificate taken to be given under section
57
,
58
or
59

deal with the interests or kinds of interests to which the certificate relates; or
(b)
in respect of a certificate taken to be given under the regulations
-
deal with the interest or kinds of interests, or the action or kinds of actions, to which the certificate relates.
